my fiance was recently admitted to the US on the VWP. this is her second time visiting on the VWP, the first time the stamp in her passport had an "until" date. On the stamp she got this time there is no "until" date. Am I correct in assuming she is granted the full 90 days from the arrival date on the stamp?

Thank you! She was indeed granted the 90 day stay! So is it ok if I change her return flight to the "until" date, having her leave on the 90th day or should she leave the day before on the 89th day? I just dont want to risk an overstay...

Play it safe and have her return on the 88th or 89th day... Also make sure to count 90 days and not 3 months as many people do...

I agree with 88/ 89 day- just in case there is a delay in the flight or she misses it etc. But yes, as long as she is gone on day 90 she is fine.
