I am planning to file for AOS ASAP!! I am stuck with the question on reporting the 3 years of tax returns. I have just graduated college and have a very good job that pay well over the 125% poverty levels. I cannot prove 3 years back in tax returns because I didn't work , I was a student. Do i leave these blank? or Do I look for a co-sponsor? I can provide an employment letter and all check stubs...maybe that can help too! Please help

Put your current income where it asks and provide the letter from your employer and recent pay stubs to prove your current income amount. If you did not file taxes for the last 3 years, then you need to provide a statement explaining why you were not legally required to file. You can make the statement separate and in the space where you would list the Total Income from your returns write, "Did not file. See attachment." Or you can skip the attachment and just write directly in those 3 spaces on the form, "Not legally required to file. Income too low." The instructions just ask for a statement.
