Embassy Number not working

Hello,

I am trying to call the embassy but after it rings for a little more than 10 sec it will say

"The number or code you have dialed is incorrect, please check the number or code and try again"

I am calling the number they have provided for US citizens which is 632-301-2000 but I have always got that error and not once been able to contact them.
Is there something wrong with the number?
Also I think it might be the extension....when do I type in the extension, i though the extension was used when you contact the call center or receptionist.

I have also tried 2166 and 2177 and get the same message. I have called the 703-520-2235 # multiple times and they were no help but I guess because that was for appointments.

I have e-mailed IVManilaReplies 2 weeks ago and still no response.
