Hi all,

I have a friend who is going through the immigration process and I would like to make a recommendation for her as she petitions for a green card. Are there any sample letters out there for this type of letter?

Waiting on har copy of <!--WORD2URL-01--><!--END WORD2URL-01-->NVC<!--WORD2URL-02--><!--END WORD2URL-02--> approval and receipt of packet at consulate

Called State Dept. after not hearing anything since Sept. 23: Packet reached the consulate and was kicked back for a secondary security clearance probably do to her type of employment - Waiting for clearance and for superpacket to be sent.

Superpacket sent on Oct. 5, 2004

Superpacket received on Jan 7, 2005

Arrived Apr. 23, 2006

Bio Aug 19, 2006

Work permission Sep 06

Permanent residence Oct. 5, 2006

There is an example letter for cases where a person is lifting conditions on a conditional green-card, you can use it as a template, and make appropriate changes for your situation.
