Hi all,

I am all done with my package. However, my husband could only got the last 6 paystubs , so three months only. His company would not issue them. But he has one from December, saying year to end.. should I just include the last three month ?

My second question is .. he changed job twice this last three month (he wasn't happy). His jobs are High paid, so money is not the issue, but the paystub are coming from two different companies, does that matter ?

Last question... his marital status on his paystubs is single, because he didn't change it. Does that matter also?

I'm thinking I just submit the letter of employer and tax return and no paystub because the paystubs makes it complicated , let me know your thought and thanks for your help

If paystubs are year to end you only need to include the latest.

Whatever you claim for deductions is what is on check that's not how one files usually. I want the most taxes taken out so I file single many ,married do. That's no issue.

Letter of Employment, most recent paystub will suffice and most recent tax transcript. You are good to go. Save all the rest for interview.

NVC just wants to see current stuff its the embassy wants to see more.
