Just a quick one.......

Picked up my 'updated' vaccination records as I had my MMR booster today and noticed that the original I was given 4 weeks ago is rubber stamped and signed and the 'update' I collected today isn't. I do have a supporting letter with this update from the GP in which this update is referred to as well as the update is in exactly the same printout format.

Will this be OK or should I return and get the 'update' stamped and signed too.

(Just trying to save myself a 30 mile round trip for the 4 time!)

Best

Rich
