AOS filled two weeks ago and no NOA 1?

Got my AOS packet back yesterday. they said the amount in the check was incorrect.

Ahh, at least that is an easy fix. Considering the current AOS processing timeframes, this small delay should be of little consequence.

It could be anything from wrong amount of fee, sign at the wrong signature box....

All they did was return your whole package back without cashing your check.

It was just a waste of 3-4 weeks. I had my husband call and talked to titer 2 to find that out.

We finally received something (they received on May 9th) RFE with ALL of the paper work including the check!! I was missing the back page to the I485 application. Really??

We refiled the same day and haven't heard anything back yet......patience, patience
