Hello guys,

I want to know just one thing. My fiancee's dad will be sponsoring me for as the Affidavit but me and my fiancee are not sure what we can use as proof of income. Any tips or ideas as to what will be the best proof of financial support?

Thanks!

Yes, Tax ReturnTranscript should work.

My fiance's mother will also be co-sponsoring me.

Your fiance can show an employment letter from his place of employment.

Any assets they can show would be good,( ownership of house, car, business)

The USC petitioner and co-sponsor both need to fill out an I-134 and provide supporting documentation. Provide most recent tax transcript and to prove current income provide letter from employer and/or most recent pay stubs. The co-sponsor should also provide proof of being a USC or LPR. No need to list any assets if they meet the income requirement.

Is there income to prove that comes from a source other than being an employee?
