hello i need help i am filling for i-90 because of my surname is wrong they sent me Green Card using my single family name while i filed before using my husband's surename.

my question are. Location where where immigrant vis issued or USCIS office where adjustment of status was granted?

i live in Long Beach Ca the Closest to me is Los Angeles is my answer is Los Angeles? my Green card was sent from Department of homeland security National Benefits center Post office Lee's Summit, MO

got me so confuse if Los Angeles or national Benefit cente i will put.

then now where do i send it is it LA or National benefit where i got it from.

thank you for your input i will really appreciate any advice.
