CRBA HELP!!!

Hello vyers!

I need some help on this one please. I made an online CRBA appointment for my newborn baby at the manila us embassy website. After seeing that my appointment was confirmed, the page colapsed when I was just about to print the appointment letter. Is there any way that I can get a copy of the appointment letter sent back to me? I believe there's a code that's part of the letter that I need to have during the interview. What should I do? Thank you all in advance!

Hank, yes i did try to go back to their website but it didnt bring me back to the confirmation page. I tried booking an appointment again but it says that i already have one. Ill give them a call tomorrow. Thank you!

Biaobiao, i just booked it like 30-45mins ago. Maybe I should give it more time for the email to arrive? Thank you!

Hello vjers!

Just an update for everyone who might experience this in the future. What I did was I sent an email to acsinfomanila@state.gov and they forwarded the appointment letter to me after a day. It includes the passwords and information of the appointment.
