DS-260 - some questions.

Hi all!

I have some questions about DVLottery and DS-260. I hope you will help me. My case number is 2XXX, so it's very small I think.

1. I'm from Poland and I'm working in a company from UK and I have registration of residance in London (since about 2008, becouse I need bank account), but I'm working in all European countries and I haven't been in those countries longer than 2-3 months(in UK too). I think you understand me. Do I need a police certificate from UK, although I haven't been in UK longer than 3 months (but I have registration of residance and my company is from UK)?

2. When I'm writting call numbers in DS-260 do I write area codes (for example before Polish number +48)?

3. When can I have a interview with my European number?

1. You only need a police certificate if you were >6 month in a particular country.

2. Yes +48 .... is fine

3. With a number in the 2K range it is likely that you have your interview in October, latest November I would say.

What must I do? Can I write to KCC an e-mail? How must this e-mail look like?

3. With a number in the 2K range it is likely that you have your interview in October, latest November I would say.

you don`t need a police certificate from another country if you live less than 1 year not 6 month as the official site states.

however you need to state in the application your residency in any country if you live more than 6 months, that's the difference.

Iirc it is one year for previous countries (since age 16) but if you are in your current country of residence for 6 months or more you need one too for that country.

Was the initial entry incorrect or your ds260? If the entry just write the correct address in the DS260. It's really minor and makes no difference, they don't send anything by physical mail anyway.

I have a problem, becouse I've got most of the required vaccines,but I don't have any document (I've called to hospital and they don't have my documentation and I don't know where it could be). What must I answer at this question:

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

Yes or No? If no how to explain this?

My wife and daughter have a documentation, but I think they don't have 2 vaccines required by U.S. law. Answer yes, becouse they have a documentation or no becouse they don't have all vaccines?

The correct answer is no as you do not have them now. When it asks you to explain say that they will be done by the panel doctor when you have the medicals for the visa.
