I know it when I see it.

Not everybody has such strong negative views of Best Buy.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You admitted to holding on to a student visa just so you could stay in the country. He got caught. You didn't.

In any case it doesn't really matter.

I admitted?? I proudly informed that fact. I was also pursing my degree, and I finished my education at the same time. He got caught for working illegally, and he was not supposed to drop out of school, I didn't get caught? Why would I have gotten caught for what? For holding on my student visa legally?? Are you desperate? It does matter, you just keep spinning and spinning. Holding on to a student visa is legal, dropping out of school as an F1 student is against the immigration law. In any case, it mattes if one is law abiding individual, and the other is purposely breaking the law, disregarding the law for 16 years. You are a bit desperate my friend. You can do a bit better than that, don't ya think?

I am entitled to my opinion as you are to yours. You don't need to agree with it. It's a win-win.

But what your called "opinion" is not based on facts, your "opinion" is not really an "opinion", just pure rhetoric, and an attempt to piss me off which you have failed miserably. Sure, you are entitled to your own "opinion" even if you think the earth is flat. It is not a win win, it is a lose lose for you. I've noticed you also like to put words in my mouth and pretend, lol.

Surely by now she would have realised that she can not bear to be separated?

It says they appealed his deportation. So there is more than just one DUI or more crimes we aren't aware of or he would have been permitted to AOS. It says he did not meet the grounds for COR as there was no hardship. He was obviously very comfortable here in the US illegally, making more than I do (illegally), having a family, and looking into adopting a child.

Because we aren't tough on illegals this man came here and took a well-paying job from a legal US resident and felt so comfortable he was going to adopt a child. Really? It appears he had no fear of being deported or of suffering any consequences for his long violation of US immigration law. Now we are supposed to feel sorry for him because he spent a lot of money he did not legally obtain on attorneys who couldn't keep him in the country? And we as supposed to feel sorry for his wife who knew he was here illegally?
