I'm trying to talk to someone on the phone who can give me info. I KNOW our case has arrived in New Zealand (we applied in Fiji though, so our case needs to be sent from NZ to Fiji since someone majorly screwed up) but I can't get to talk to anyone on the phone who can tell me anything. I called the Fiji number and then called the NZ number and got the SAME GUY!!! What the heck?! Is it just a call center? I'm so confused. I already emailed them last week and they said they would send it but now that I know it's there (via DHL's website) I want to make sure it's been sent to Fiji. How do you guys contact the consulate? Suggestions?

Some countries will have to interview in other places due to Geography, political situations, etc. Are you sure Fiji will interview in Suva?

good luck

Thanks for that! I tried the NZ one but it refers me to another number, which was the one I called before. I will wait to call Fiji until it's 2pm there. What a hassle it is to talk to a human! Or the right one, I guess...
