Hello to all,

I am going back to US this day using advance Parole, my itinerary ticket is all the way from Manila to Charleston, West Virginia. When I check in at the Counter, the woman only gave me printed ticket Manila to Japan and Japan to Detroit, I ask her where is my ticket frim Detroit to Charleston, She said I can get it from detroit.

Did anybody experience like mine? I AM WONDERING.

Thanks for your help.

I did, though it is not the same flight and location, the reason why I had to get my ticket at LAX then is because I am changing airline ( though it was booked straight - MNL-MSP). My husband booked my flight through kayak.com and the itinerary shows my flight, my first 2 flights are on the same airline but my last stop over which is LAX has me on a different airline.

I will be interested to know how your return to the US goes. I am also planning to travel to the Philippines using Advance Parole.

My husband and I were supposed to fly to Mexico last week but we were prevented from doing so even if I have the Advance Parole card.

I am really hoping no issues about my trip back home, glad to hear other experiences.

Did you check your flight details? Are your airlines from MNL-Detroit the same with the flight from Detrioit - Charleston?

Hi to all, just want you to know I successfully get back home with no issues with my travel.

Going home to Philippines with Advance Parole, going back home with no issues, just wait around 30minutes while the officer from Detroit Immigration checking my name on the system.

I got 15kilos native ground coffee with me with no issues..except my vegetable seeds, they dont allow it.

Other than that got no problem.

Thanks to all.

Hi meandterry, im glad i found this topic of urs... I have some question that keeps bothering in my mind,. Because i'm going to have my vacation to philppines next month using my AED/AP for month, do u think staying for a month in phil could make an issue when I re enter to the US? .. Additionally, my AED/AP is my name only, i ddn't use my husband name ... Im a little bit worried mga sissy ,, pls help me ....

Why would your return after a month be a problem? I used my AP card 4 times and for a month at a time, that's what it's for. is your combo card in the same name as your passport? That ought to make it easier.
