Remembering and thanking our Veterans.

My brother is a survivor,a Veteran so today I give more love to all . I am so appreciative of all that they have done, they make it possible for me to live in a safe USA so thank you Veterans.

A big heartfelt thank you to all the veterans, for keeping our country safe, oftentimes as the cost of limb and life. Without you we would not be able to enjoy the privilege of living in the best country in the world.

As an Army veteran my self, I would like to say thank you to all our fallen heroes. Being in the military is not an easy job, but it gives me a peace of mind, that all I and many of our fallen heroes has sacrificed, was and still Is worth it. I would do it all over again in the name of freedom!!!

passed medical (took one day fiancee got there at 4:00am finished at 4:30pm) July 22 2014

CFO completed certificate issued (fiancee said people were very nice process very easy) July 30th 2014!!

Interview date scheduled for September 10th 2014!!

Interview approved!!!

Visa issued!! CEAC website September 16 2014!!

Visa received on September 18 2014 yeah!!!

POE September 21 2014!!! Yeeees!!! What a journey!!!!

Wedding day!! October 16 2014!!

I have been Active Duty AF for 19 years and have had friends that I have lost in Afghanistan and will never forget them. Thank you to all veterans and their families past and present who have served and paid the ultimate price.

I wish to thank ALL of the veterans and those who are still in active military, for overcoming their fear to become the men that they are.

I have two sons, one of which served 5 years in the Army and a yearlong tour of Iraq. I was scared to death for him! But, he's home safely now

Another son, is an air traffic controller at Yokota AFB in Japan, he is to be home in August. I'm very proud of both of my boys! And all of the boys who left as boys and returned as men.

To their parents, I know the nerve wracking feeling it is to have your child in a war zone. It is your prayers that brought them home safely!

May all of our boys come home safely never to return to war again!

We always complain about the US government. Especially going through this process. But the government is not what makes America great. It's the people. The ones who live here, work here. It's the families and the neighborhoods throughout this land. It's the heart and the balls we have to overcome disasters and tradgedy and to help each other in need. And most of all the ones who sacrific their time and their lives to keep us all Safe and FREE!

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Email &text : May 18, 2015, check cashed May 19,2015, return receipt May 21, 2015 stamped USCIS Lockbox, NOA1 (3x) May 22,2015

Several service requests made, contacted Senator and Ombudsman. Background checks still pending.
July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.
