thanks again and should I take my mom with me to the interview? letter doesn't say so but I think that would be something +ve although letter says only applicant :/

Petitioner's presence is a plus but not mandatory. For evidence you can bring photos of you and your mom together taken on different dates and occasions.

@apple21.. Thank you. Your kind guidance and help is always much appreciated. Any tips for me. I dnt wnt to face delayd AP. My wife and daughter both are there in US. daugher is one year old, she is US national and wife is LPR.

i sent my DS260 on may 11 and civil docs in the next few days still havent heard anything from NVC :S tried calling them but they put it on hold. is it the normal time period for NVC for CC?

whats ur PD?

@MED22..i think you should start counting 20 working days from the date they recieved your civil document. I hope it wont take much longer.
