Hi Mkhan - thank goodness you and your family will not be affected by the retrogression!

But I have a question: did you have a lot of RFEs in your case? I ask because Your PD of March 2011 has been current for some time....maybe 2 years?....but you are only now submitting your DS260 in 2014. What has taken so long?

Actualy i was not following up on my case due to study and job. My Wife has been staying here for some time with me. I started it again before the expiry of fee and application and now i hope it will be completed soon.

i sent all the documents including AOS on 9th may still havent heard anything from them what should i do? :S

Now you should count 4 weeks since your docs were received there at NVC. I have also been waiting since 9th may. I will call them on monday.

hi apple21.... pls currently I have my petitioner n co sponsor's (dad n uncle respectively) u.s individual tax return form 1040. Will it be enough for the interview?? or will they request tax transcript????

also what is the difference between the two??? thanks. anyone who's gone through in Ghana can also help with an answer.

Hi, Just to update

I received an email from NVC today. Case has been closed and they will inform me about interview date :-)

Thanks It took 21 working days. I called them on monday 9th June and they informed me pre-processsing is complete and wait for interview call. I recived the same email on 11th .

Interview letters will be given out by NVC on the last week of June up to first week of July. Interview will be in August.
