You can fly into any state and get a connecting flight to TX. I've found that, from Canada, Austin TX is one of the cheaper areas to fly into, but a UK flight might land in a northern state (maybe NY?) and then you'd get a connecting flight down to TX.

Hope that helps!

Huston has a big international airport. Usually there are so many different flights you could choose between two big cities such as London and Huston, and so the tickets are much more cheaper than the ones between small cilites.

Onetravle, Expedia and other sites sell cheap tickets. You can compare them and pick the best one for you. The tickets in the weekdays are sort of cheaper than on weekends and holidays.

Hi all

I got approved last week and now looking for a flight to be with my partner in Corpus Christi, TX.

Can I fly into any state ?? trying to find the cheapest way to get there.

Thanks

Paul

My wife lives in Baytown and I usually use Skyscanner to get out there. I fly from Birmingham International to Amsterdam Schiphol and then onto George Bush Intergalactic Spaceport (as one pilot on my wife's flight from Frankfurt once called it). It adds up to a 13 hour journey, but I usually pay somewhere in the region of £450 - £480 through Skyscanner for a round trip ticket. Seems to be cheaper flying out on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Just a thought, you may want to look at the POE reviews on here for different airports, before choosing a connecting flight.
My husband chose Orlando over Miami purely based on the average wait times people from here had experienced, and it was well worth it, he was out waiting for his bags in under 20 minutes.

Good luck and have a safe journey! :)
