Form I-134 and other documents

Question1: I am on the process of gathering the needed documents for my interview in Juarez Mexico. I have everything they ask for and only need to know whether me (the beneficiary) or my fiancee (petitioner) have to file the form I-134? She is a full time student and does not make enough with her own job. Can her dad fill out the form instead or do all 3 of us fill it out?

Question2:I lived in the US for most of my life and never had an issue with the law. Do I need to get the Police Certificates still or just the one from Mexico where I am currently living?

Question3: I have finished form DS-160 but I am not sure if I should schedule the ASC yet or wait until I get the invitation letter? My fiancee (petitioner) already received the invitation letter but it was addressed to me, and I still have not received it. Can I schedule the appointment without the letter and hopefully get it before my interview?

Any info will surely help! Thanks!!

For K-1 the petitioner must file I-134. She must make 100% of the Income Guidelines. Somewhere around $15,000 be aware though when you AOS it's around $19,500 for the Income Guideline. If she does not make enough, you will need a co-sponsor. Her dad would be able to do that.

You will need to wait for the letter from Juarez before making an appointment. I have not spoken to anyone who needed to provide a police certificate in CDJ. We had the certificate, but was never asked for it. I have helped others file !-130 via DCF. They were not asked for a police certificate.

Okay I am getting it just in case, one more thing, I got my letter from the consulate today and have made my appointment for ASC and the consulate. Is it wise to leave 3days before my consular interview to have my medical exam done?

I have my interview in June 18th and I just would like to.know what they will ask me for or how it will go down?

You can do the medical and/or the ASC the day before the interview even. The medical results will be given to you the same day of the exam. You go early in the morning and then come back in the afternoon for your sealed envelope with the results inside to take to the interview with you.

Bring everything listed in the instructions with you to your interview > http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/k1k4dec13.pdf

For the ASC, medical and of course interview, bring the letter from the consulate and your confirmations of the appointments plus passport.

Arroyo, I made an appoinent for medical, although not necessary, just so my fiancée won't wait a long time.

My fiancée just told me she got the police certificates from city hall the same day (although she waited for 3 hours). She has not emailed them to me so I can see them. But I am taking the route of better safe than sorry.

Good to know that you can make an appointment now. They still do not advertise that you can, so thanks for calling, confirming and posting about it here.

Also, thanks for posting that your fiancee was able to get the police certificate at the City Hall. Several people have been inquiring about where to get one.

Yes I just went to the PGJ and they told me that I need to call some number in Toluca to get my police certificates. I'm so lost as to where to get them. Do you guys know where I can get my police certificates? I have searched and found a government site that lets me get a copy saying I have no records for free but I don't think that's the one I need.
