Hi Julie+Matt -- May I ask where you got those numbers? I was planning to write to my senator this week to bring attention to this issue. I need current official statistics to make a strong case. Please let me know. Perhaps you could send me a weblink? I looked on USCIS website but I am unable to find those sorts of numbers.

It's all right; I found it. Thanks. It's available on dashboard.uscis.gov

They're posted on here but I know where to find them. When you go to check you case status on the uscis site, there's a link to check out statistics. You can see graphs & numbers of all service centers in regards to all forms. Click on I-129f & Texas & Cali.

I am the petitioner.

ATTENTION ALL MAY FILLERS TO TSC...I JUST GOT AN APPROVED! !!!! I filled my i129f and got my noa1 may 20th and when I checked my status it said account not found so I called and was told to wait 45 days and call back if still not noticed. The lady at USCIS told me that it will be 5 months before I see anything. Today I just decided to check and it said approved july 3 and a letter has been mailed to me with further instructions. So there may be hope they are speeding things up!!!!!

I would honestly listen to what they said at the USCIS. I would call USCIS just to make sure.

I wish they were...look a few posts ago at statistics. It's sad...this was apparently another fluke.

I posted earlier on the June Filer thread to give some encouraging words.

I want to give the same to the ones who have filed in May. We are a Veteran couple who filed back in April and we know the ins and outs of this process. Just keep your head up and your time will be coming closer. It is worth the patience, trust me!

If there are any questions, any questions at all please ask us.

We didn't expect that we will be approved this quick. We set our minds to wait for 5 months, even if I am from the Philippines since I don't reside in those areas affected by the typhoon.

I happen to read a quote from somewhere, it says, "Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet."

For those couples who are still waiting for their NOA2, someday.... and I hope it will be soon, you will get your approval.

Receiving NOA2 is just one step, we will still encounter more steps along the way.
