Hi

Mine said "On August 11, 2014, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address" We applied from Texas San Antonio. Could somebody please explain me what does it mean? Where it`s transferred? Is it good or not? :-(

Hello there I will tey and find the link that someone had posted that explains what the notification means....if I can recall there are 3 different notifications that we will receive about the transfer. The 1st one rhat most of us got last week was to inform us our petitions was electrinically xferred. 2nd which was just received yesterday means actual paperwork was xferred and 3rd will be to let u know paperwork was received. You should also be receiving notice in mail about xfer and steps to take. Believe its a good thing because approvals should start coming earlier than the Oct date we got at TSC. ???

We got our NOA1 a little more than a week after you did, and no transfer for us either. They may be keeping a number of I129f cases there, but who really knows. If it means less people in line before our turn- even better. The being alone thing is a killer, I have no clue how people used to survive in the days before video chats and low cost international calling, so grateful for that!

Aaaaaand, finally got an ARN at the end of the day today :dancing:

Not completely done yet, but at least it's progress since the initial NOA1!
