There are still a lot of December and January filers that are waiting...6 months for us today...hoping for some changes at TSC.

Hi I see you are from Azerbayjan I will apply in Embassy in Kazakhstan We are close countries :-) How do you think is the country plays some role? I mean if I were from Canada or Europe may be I would get faster NOA2? What do you think?

I don't think that country plays a big role in determining how long your petition will be in review (with the exception of countries which are being expedited due to extreme circumstances, for example: Philippines).

Right now what determines the length of processing is the processing center where our petitions are. Unfortunately we are stuck in Texas which has a huge backlog :(

08/05/14 Senators/Congresswoman cannot help with my case because security checks are pending
08/05/14 Another Service Request created by Tier 2 since no response from TSC.

I'm glad to read so many stories on here and other people's frustrations with the TSC processing times. We are prepared to wait five months, but if it's much longer than that, it will be pretty upsetting.

We have an NOA1 date of May 5. The following is the message that has been up when I track our file on the USCIS website. Is this standard?

On May 2, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

Just trying to make sure I shouldn't call and check, because I'm fighting the urge! Thanks again for sharing stories and answering questions.

we have the same NOA1 date.......mmmmmmmh praying that we get an approval soon

Hey Guys!!

I'm an May TSC filer today as I went to check my case I found this note did anyone recieve it or understand what it means I impatiently waiting for my Noa2 not gonna get my hopes up?

* Note on "Last Updated" date:

Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email and/or text message notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.
