I filed and I-130 petitioning for my husband in February 2012 and he is from mexico and just recently we filed the I-601a. We received the receipt of the payment a week later and then 3 days after that my husband received an appointment letter at the Kentwood, Michigan office for bio metrics.

Why is this and is it normal?

Why so soon and is this usually good news?

Since bio metric are going to be done here does he still have to do them in Juarez?

Is everything else processed and done in Juarez?
