Hello I am new here but I need someone to help me with a few questions, I don´t know which forum to go to.

Two days ago the NVC sent us an email indicating that my immigrant case has been forwarded to the US embassy in Nicaragua.

My spouse requested the NVC to expedite the case and his request was granted so they told us it will be forwarded inmediately.

On the NVC electronic website says that it is in transit and that NVC has provided an appointment day but still NVC saying they finished with the case and can´t give anymore info.

When an immigrant case is expedited from NVC how long does it takes to reach the embassy and how long will it takes to issue an appointment date?

I know this is not the forum for this but I just need some help please.

Read the below thread to find out how to track your case when it leaves NVC.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/194465-how-to-track-your-case-from-nvc-to-embassy/

As for the interview, have you contacted your embassy? Since you asked for an expedite and NVC approved it, the case is now out of their hands. Email the embassy with your questions of an interview date, explaining the expedite and see what they say.
