Hi guys,

I just wanted to make sure about this packet that I am sending in... as it feel so much easier than the AOS packet! This is for a Mainland Chinese Citizen who is residing in Hong Kong.

DS-260 (online)

cover letter

barcoded cover letter

2 passport photos

passport copy of bio info

marriage certificates (white book with translation)

Police Cert (white book with translation)

Birth Cert (white book with translation)

It should be noted that we do not have the Hong Kong Police cert at the moment, because we need NVC to reply back to us after submitting this document to tell us that we need it (there is no other way around it apparently).

That is all I have! Any thoughts?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
