ex wife has different middle name from marriage license and divorced paper!

Hello VJ members,

Good day to all!

My fiance just like to ask you guys about his ex-wife middle name...When he gathered all the documents needed for his I-129F and G-325A,

The middle name of his ex-wife from their marriage license/certificate is not the same with their divorced paper. He got the marriage license from the registry record and the divorced paper from the court house...

Hope you can give some ideas? Thank you in advance...

I give an example: Marriage license: Mary Tan King

Divorced paper: Mary Lee King

I believe you should go with the divorce paper since your fiancé has to submit his marriage termination paper for I-129F and will match with the list of former spouse's names. Edited by Girl from Celebes

Personally I would follow what's on her birth certificate and passport. Perhaps the divorce decree is not the correct one.
