Thanks in advance everyone...

Dire need of assistance...

iam the sponsor(husband) have been out of the country(7years)

have not filed taxes for the past 3 years. printed out transcript from IRS showing no activity for filed taxes

have letter from the owner stating my employment from November 2013 - present.

will the letter alone with no filled taxes be ok for approval?

thank you! ill be sure to attach a letter explaining my situation for not filing while overseas, due to low income.

does anyone think with the two letters(employment and reason for not filing), i have a chance of getting through?

The statement of why you were not legally required to file for any or all of the last 3 years is a requirement of the I-864.

If the current income meets the requirement, then yes. If the income is not just borderline with the requirement amount, then your chances of not needing a joint sponsor are even better. Document the current annual income well. If you can, add in recent pay stubs with the letter from employer too.
