Hi everyone first of all thanks for all the info it has been very helpful, now i got a few questions that i hope you can help me with,

You'll see I got selected for the diversity visa DV2015 and about that I'm very excited, although I realized that the process it's not the easiest I will anyway go for it and for that I will appreciate all your help.

well I'm gonna start:

I'm filling the new DS 260 form and I got to this question that asks for visas cancelation and visa revoked, now my confusion here is it on the words i guess, I got a H2B visa denied at the embassy under the section 214 (b), not cancelled nor revoked, but on which of the following questions should I explain this in case the answer is yes?

My next question would be If anyone have any idea about when would roughly my interview be? I did read something about next year and to check the visa bulletin but im not quite sure how to read this.

BTW I'm in Argentina.

Thanks lots

So... Explain it.

Some people on this forum seem to think if you have to "explain" in a box you shouldn't answer so the box comes up, which is just wrong. Tell the truth, and explain it. The applications are processed by human beings and remember KCC cannot deny you a visa, only a consular officer can do that. Just be honest. One thing that is guaranteed is that if you knowingly lie on the form you will be denied a visa and banned from any other visa/entry to the US too.
