do i need to fill ds230 paper form instead of online?

Hi i just paid iv fee....and got receipt...it says if ur case initiated after october 2010 and case number begins from mlt,Amm,ath etc then must submit online other wise must submit ds230 paper form...

My case number start from BMBXXXXXX .. SO DO I NEED TO SUBMIT DS230 PAPER FORM?

NEED HELP...THANKS

No. Everyone does the ds-261 and ds-260 online forms.

Electronic processing is entirely different than online forms.
