Hello vjs.

I just want to ask is there any one who has filed in march 2013 and had not approved from USICS yet?

When you call USCIS what do they say? What have you done thus far to get an answer?

INFOPass appointment?

Call congressman?

Call Ombudsman?

I am sure there are some not many I believe May and June 2013 folk are the ones getting approvals lately. You need to be calling.

Gosh I am sorry. Are you by chance from a high fraud country or one of the MENA's That could also be why especially like Yemen, Tunisia?

Just stay on them and frankly a lawyer will never call USCIS thats in the petitioner. I would keep on it.

From India! So do you mean lawyer will not be much helpfull? Coz I called USCIS like 100 times!

There's nothing a lawyer can do. They don;t have a magic formula. They do not call USCIS they will not call NVC. They wait and wait. They do not schedule infopass appointments. Have you done that yet. Have you got on your congressman's butt. Call call how bad do you want it its over 15 months .

You should be on the phone now with the Ombudsman office to investigate.
