I have a co sponsor who filed jointly with his wife, but the wife is unemployed since she is still in school.

Will she still need to fill the I-864A? If yes, on the 864A form, what will she fill in part 11 where it says the federal income tax information. Will it be her husband's tax information that was filed jointly?.

Kind help, plz

She only needs to complete an I864A if her income is being used on the I-864 so if she has no income then she doesn't need to fill it out, she just needs to be counted as a dependent on the I-864.
