Hi if i file for EAD first and pay the fee do i still tp pay 1070 for AOS or i pay less since i already paid for EAD and also what are the fee for EAD thanks

$1070 is the total cost for AOS, regardless if you have paid for other forms/ applications. The fees for EAD and/or AP are only waived if you filed for / with AOS. Sorry to say, but it doesn't work the other way around.

More info on AOS here: http://www.uscis.gov/i-485

No the EAD is free when filed with the AOS whose fee is 1070. If you file for the EAD before, you pay its fee and then pay the 1070 AOS fee.

I suggest you do not pay the fee for the EAD and file before you have filed for AOS. It will be a waste of money. The EAD you will receive(category (a )(6 )) will expire when your I-94 does, is not renewable, and it takes about that long to receive it. So, you won't really much use, if any, out of it. Just file for AOS along with the forms for the EAD and AP. When they are filed with a pending I-485, their fees are waived. The EAD you receive when filed with the I-485 under category (c )(9 ) will be valid for a year and can be renewed for free, if needed.

You are going to pay $1070 for the I-485, with or without the I-765 and I-131.

Why would you file for EAD before filing AOS, the validity of the EAD is tied to the I-94 which expires 90 days after POE so the EAD will expire on that date also... total waste of money. Figuring it would take a few months to get the EAD approved it would expire before you received it.

When filing for AOS I-485, both the EAD and AP are free to file.
