Yes I'm the man USC petitioner. I'm Marco LOL. I guess I should start adding that in my messages LOL. So can you confirm whether the Senator made a difference? Based on your short processing time, I would have to say it did but...who knows?

hi Marco! Yes, I do believe contacting my senator helped. I contacted them on May8/9th (don't exactly remember lol) and heard back from senator's office in an email and phone call on the 14th. NOA2 dated the 16th. So, yup. I think it helped. I am grateful to them, and I emailed the lady back immediately today to thank her.

Congratulations!!!! So guys, who got an approval in TSC center, did you find out your NOA2- by checking your case status online? If yes, then that means their site updated everything already! Cause few days ago, I wrote the post abt it,that some couples couldn't see their approvals online, they got only email and hard copy of approved notice!

Please share your experience abt it!

Hello, this is rather confusing. My application is being processed at the TSC. However the application is mid-January so it is over 4 months waiting. I did call one of my Senator's Office and was told to wait another two weeks before contacting them. I did call the 1-800 # and they told me they are looking at November 19th 2013 applications...really waiting is tough.

They did not send notifications for when someone was assigned their A# when we filed the I-129F. Everyone gets an A#. It is not really any sort of indication of approval.

Did you file an I-129F petition for a K-1? Your profile says K-3, and your timeline shows just the filing of an I-129F and the Nebraska Service Center. Nebraska does not process I-129F petitions.
