I-797 undeliverable?

Hi,

I have a query regarding the form I-797. Im a US citizen and I have petitioned both my parents at the same time. Now I have a problem that I have received my father's I-797 NOA hard-copy in mail but not my mother's. And because of this her case status has changed from 'Post decision activity' to 'Initial review'. Saying that the form is undeliverable. But how is that possible? We have not changed address and my dad's form was delivered on the same address. Please help. What should I do next? The status says that it can have serious effects on our case.

Call them. Mine was post activity decision and received the NOA2 but after a week it went back to initial review that they receive correspondence from my hubby (my petitioner) and he did not send anything. I am worried too. Mu hubby doesn't want to call.
