My wife had her interview in a little more than two weeks as well.

Here are some tips and things we have done to prepare. At this stage, you have gone through vetting at both the USCIS and NVC, sent in reams of paper so for most people to make it this far the interview can be just the next small step to a big change in your new immigration journey.

So relax, but be prepared.

Organize your paperwork, so that you know where everything is and go over it. Know where your AOS documentation is, your domicile evidence.

Get there on time if not a little early, and try to read up here about consulate reviews or local forums so you don't run into any surprises.

For instance, I had to pick up a passport at the embassy in Warsaw and had my iPad in my bag and they couldn't let me in through security. Said they could hold phones, but no other larger electronics.

Good luck!
