How will what ease the pain?

The list, posted by another person, quoted below, will not provide comfort or solace to the family of the deceased

1. You assume he legally owned a legal gun.

2. You assume he was a responsible person

3. You assume he was not high or intoxicated

4. What if hadn't had the gun, would he have used a knife, or bow and arrow, or his fists?

5. There is no IQ test for gun ownership (that I am aware of).

6. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. We have killed each other for thousands of years prior to guns being invented. The removal of guns will not stop the killing.

Ya know,

in the big run back to her house,

he shoulda used that time to calm down.

Since he did not - would it be considered premeditated murder?

Also, I think a blood tox test is gonna reveal some stuff, who shoots anyone over a breakup plus lack of food?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Neither does probation for a drunk driver who killed your family member, a miner who died because the owner violated numerous rules, etc.

The death is a tragedy but gun ownership is not the reason for it.

A. I dont think comfort or solace were the intention of the list.

B. I dont think that responsibility falls on the shoulders of the lists author.

None of these posts have the ability to do that so I dont get your point.

Stop it, Gordon Ramsay!

Do you know who Michael Debakey was? He might have steered you away from that thing as well.

It does look not too bad at the present moment though....

Abstain!

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

I think the whopper is the real cause

Ban whoppers

If this was an accident investigation, the cause would be "reaction to whopper procurement failure" not gun failure
