that's a plus - sometimes there's wording in there, where USCIS thinks the beneficiary is in the USA and there ain't no consular processing.

Even on the site before they change the status, they said that they send notification to NVC.

Island girl, you are good it is nothing to be nervous or worry about. The USCIS website is not always updated correctly. But once you have the hardcopy NOA2 you're pretty much set. They say it takes 30 days for NVC to receive the case from USCIS but mine only took about a week. From there it is 30 days to get entered in the system and a case number assigned.

01/26/15 NOA1 email and text received.. sent to VSC.

Thank you. I called NVC last night but the lady told me that they don't have it. So, I will just wait then.

It says something that they will or they send the case to NVC and wait 30 days before contacting NVC.

Some times they send the hard copy when the haven't update the case on their website it happened to me with my citizenship application N-400. Don't worry you are approved! Congratulations! I hope the rest of us get approve soon!

They updated my status from Post activity decision to initial review because they said that they received a correspondence for our i-130, this update status happened after a week we received the NOA2. Kinda confusing. My hubby and I did not send any correspondence to them. Thanks though.

That might be a notification between USCIS and NVC..don't worry. Wait at least 2 weeks and ask your hubby to call NVC to make sure they received your case.
