In Texas at least they can put up all the signs they want but they can't ban someone that has a license to carry conceal from doing so. If the restaraunt sells make up over a certain percent of alcohol then they can.

I thought restaurants held the right to refuse service to people, as long as it was not discrimination.

It's North Carolina BBQ, The Eastern type to be more specific. Of the two types of NC BBQ this is the type I prefer. BBQ is serious business to Tar Holes (which I am not BTW).

Eastern uses the whole hog (except the squeal), where Lexington uses mainly the dark meat. The sauce is different as well.

Danno probably eats Eastern even though he lives nearer to Lexington. Just a thought.

...and BBQ is very social here.
