What r those requirements to be needed for applying marriage certificate? My fiancé is US army.

There is no such special requirement for military active duty. Depends which state you will apply for marriage license. When my then-fiancé ( my now husband) and I applied for marriage license we only brought military ID for my husband and my passport.

Ahh ok cuz somebody told me that I need to have my birth certificate and cenomar to be red ribbon n bring it to the place where we goin to apply for marriage certificate.

I have seen your profile and seems like your fiancé is stationed in Texas. This is the requirement to get marriage license in Texas.

06-08-2013 : I traveled to the US to stay with my man for 3 months. We got engaged!!!!

Meanwhile :

July 2013 : My fiancé apply for his citizenship.

November 2013 : My fiancé become an American citizen.

He was talking like the reporters in cnn ... :( im soooo sad i couldn't understand!!!

Oh, don't feel discourage. I know how difficult it is when non-English native speakers like you and I have to deal with English native speakers on the phone. Just call them back, ask about your case number and be ready to provide them the petitioner and beneficiary info such as full names and date of birth. Just make a short conversation so you don't have to hear the long explanation that you can't understand most of times.

We went to the SSA the other day n said we need to wait for two weeks or more. So does it mean we need to go back there n change it again after we got married?

Yes, you choose which one is more convenient for both of you. If you choose get an SSN before married, they will put your maiden name on the card and after you get your marriage certificate, you can go back there and change into your married name.

If you prefer get an SSN after married and then you go to SSA office, bring your marriage certificate, your I-94, and passport. It shouldn't be a problem at all.
