I am the beneficiary and I'll be moving on Saturday to another address but the mailing address I stated in my I-129F is my office address and that will remain the same. At this point, we are waiting for the NOA2 hardcopy to arrive in the mail. Is there something that I need to do? Do I have to update USCIS or NVC perhaps? Your help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The only letter that you might expect in your office address is an instruction letter from USEM, which rarely arrives. So no need to worry about informing anybody of your change of address. I just find it a little odd that you used your office address, but it's no major concern at this point really. You might or might not receive the instruction letter, like some K1 applicants from PH. The content of the instruction letter can be found from the USEM website too: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/325288/packets/K1%20and%20K2%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_updated%2004%20Feb%202014_.pdf

If you have your MNL# from NVC, you can now pay for your visa fee and schedule for an appointment online. Even before fee payment, you can actually create an online profile at: https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

Don't you have to have a letter from the USEM in order to obtain police clearances from NBI and from any country where the applicant may have lived? (My wife lived/worked in Hong Kong for 18 years). You also need the letter for your Med Exam at SLEC.

Also - any idea of how long it is taking to get an interview appointment on line? Currently, the site says No Appointments Available. Does the embassy/USCIS release dates intermittently?

We have an approved K3 visa application. My wife has paid the fee and completed the DS 160 and her profile. Now trying to get an interview appointment and waiting on the letter from USEM.

The process for K1s is somewhat different from spousal (or any family-based) visas. I'm not very familiar with K3 though. The link which I posted above is what will be the content of the K1 instruction letter from USEM which they normally send out once your physical file has been received by the embassy.

You can check out the K3 requirements from here: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html

Re: Hongkong police clearance, here are some threads that you might find helpful:

Seems like USEM hasn't posted the new interview calendar yet. People are watching out now for July openings, but there might be a chance that some random cancellations for June to still pop-up. Just have to be a little persistent as USEM appears to be keeping up with the Haiyan expedites.

Thank you sweet cakes for your response! I used my office address as mailing address because there's no one at home to receive mails during weekdays. I leave at 7am and will only be back around 7pm. By the way, I'm working in Singapore now so I'm hoping that NVC will send our case in US embassy here. My fiance still hasn't received the NOA2 in the mail although in the USCIS website, they said they mailed it on 12 May 2014.

Ahhh, if you are in SGP, just disregard my link above since that is for Manila interviews. You will receive it in the address that you have listed in the I-129f and G325a. Btw, I thought HDBs have a mailbox? I used to stay there for work before and I got my mails just fine. :)
