What Service Delivers P3 for K1?

What service does the US Consulate in Guangzhou use to mail hard-copy papers for P3 to the K1 fiance beneficiary? I am inclined to believe they avoid using China Post and choose to use EMS, DHL, or another private sector mail delivery service.

EMS is a branch of China Post, no? I know that to ship a package via EMS we would go to the China Post office EMS is a worldwide consortium, which is generally run by the government post office of each country, including China and the U.S.

What is EMS?

EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service, for documents and merchandise, offered by postal operators of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

Anyway, yes they use EMS. DHL, FedEx, and UPS do not deliver to places like Yulin (where I am), and instead hand it off to a private, local carrier, such as ZTS. China Post delivers anywhere in the country.
