After my wife's interview in Manila Embassy for a CR1 visa, the consulate told her that she was missing my Pay Slip (which i do not remember seeing that as part of the required documents and sounds more like the Tax Return for the Affidavit of Support form).
We had an expedite for most of our processing through USCIS, NVC, and maybe Manila Embassy due to me being in the military and having a permanent change of station in 2 months. I am trying to bring her into the US as soon as possible so that I am able to bring her with me to Germany. How long does the process usually take for them to actually process the missing documents (which just contains my W2 and Payslip) and is there any contact # for the manila embassy consulate?

This is the contact information for the US Embassy Manila - http://manila.usembassy.gov/contact.html

Me and my fiancé filed for a K1 Visa and part of the supporting documents that we sent were his pay slips. I had it with me when I went for my interview. The consul asked for my fiancé's latest ITR and 1040 File, I still gave them certificate of employment and his latest pay slips.

I'm not sure how long they can process when you submit your documents but the Embassy is pretty packed with backlogs now I think. There are still applicants who have not received their visa in 2 months now after an approved interview.

I hope you guys would get approved soon and you'll have a smooth visa process.

I see you got yours in 8 days after your interview. No doubt doing everyting right helps.

But we did everything right too and got easily approved. Yet here we are at 4 days after Candy's successful interview, and we still stuck at the first "ready", the one that we got the day of the interview.

I can hardly beieve that they went from zero to infiinity in backlog size in the mere fifteen days between your interivew and Candy's.

I've read from other people here that their status changed from being "Ready" to "Issued" then a day after being issued, they got their visa. I'm not sure how reliable the CEAC status is but I really hope you get yours soon. I was starting to worry about mine before and I do understand the agony of waiting - just hang in there.

I have heard of that too. Go right from ready to issued. So I check it every day, but nothing is going to happen now of course until Tuesday, Monday night for me (I am in New York). I am sure it will be here soon. It is just that I have reached my frustration limit and have to keep reinventing it to avoid going over the edge.

Thanks for your support.
