221g Approved Same-sex in Thailand

Timeline

After I was struck down 221g because my doctor did not certified that I did breast surgery ...

I've waiting for almost 59 days,Just recently visa got approved...please see my timeline

★ Time Line ★

19 Sep 2013 - Filed paperwork  
23 Sep 2013 - USCIS received
30 Sep 2013 - Noa 1 Approved
15 Nov 2013 - Noa 2 Approved
30 Jan 2014 - Got letter from USCIS that"Your case has been requested and will be forwarded to NVC ,please allow 60 days before requiring with the NVC"
13 Feb 2014 - NVC received petition of approval
19 Feb 2014 - Got case number and already left NVC
3 Mar 2014 - Case ready
4 Mar 2014 - P3 sent
7 Mar 2014 - Received P4 ,only 2 more weeks to get interview ...
8 Mar 2014 - Medical Examination done
24Mar 2014 - Interview(Getting under 221g ) Please re-submit your medical exam to Panel Physician who must reflect your surgeries in the report.
24Mar 2014 - Re-submit again
31 Mar 2014 - AP
21 Apr 2014 - AP
01 May 2014 - AP
20 May 2014 - Ready
21 May 2014 - AP

21 May 2014- Visa Issued

In my opinion,As I noticed my case online and people who got under 221g in Thailand( we have THAI USvisa group ),Yes,I will say in Thailand only before we will got visa approved,At first,Status will show "Administrative Processing " ,after the Consular person bring your case to consider again and you get approved, it will show you "Ready",after that ,I mean next day,it will show you "Administrative Processing again",then finally,it will show you "Issued"

Please see as below

20 May 2014 - Ready [ 08:00-17:00 ]
21 May 2014 - AP [ 08:00-10:20 ]

21 May 2014- Visa Issued [10:20-present ]

This is what I noticed my visa check online,I don't know what process is gonna be in other country..

I remember your previous posts about the case. In the beginning you thought the problem was due to your transgender status or that you are in a same sex relationship. I think its important to make sure other people understand that the problem with this case seemingly wasn't about either circumstance.

The sole problem was due to the embassy wanting some documents about your breast surgery if I now understand what you have said. Maybe this will serve as notice to others to make sure they have a doctor submit these docs.

Hrm, maybe yours is the same case my fiancee was telling me that she read about from your partner on the fb group US Visa 4 Thai. Congrats to you both :)

-Jan 24th, 2014 sent in I-129F

-Jan 31ist, 2014 received NOA1 via text/email. Arrived at CSC

-Feb 4th, 2014 received Alien registration number.

-Feb 24th, 2014 received NOA2

-Mar 12, 2014 Arrived at Embassy

-Mar 20, 2014 Packet 3 sent to Embassy

-Mar 28, 2014 Received packet 3 instructions in mail

-Mar 25, 2014 Interview date set

-Apr 4, 2014 Interview.. approved :dancing:

-May 21, 2014 - PoE LV NV

-May 30, 2014 - Married

Yes,I said but in fact,there is woman told him about my case,he said "Surgery is personal thing so I think no need to writ down on medical examination"

Hahahaha,He mess my document up !!!!
