Well i still have approximately a year or so to fill for the i-751 but i just want to ask for any necessary info to prepare myself before that time comes.Anyway am married to a US citizen of course but shortly after i got the green card ,she left for Philippines which is she holds citizenship too. At the time she was pregnant and now we have a 5 month old baby. My wife and i do not get along well but we both share emails and pictures plus i get emails from her mum too. she holds the medical records for the baby and most of evidence that i have is only our joint bank account, emails and pictures. She is not planning to come back anytime soon and due to my financial problems, i cant make a trip for now and supporting my kid has proven hard but not impossible ,am a full time student. So what should i know and get ready for? Thanks.

Living together is one of the most important condition in ROC.I don't know how you gonna cover it.

I think your relationship has ended and you are just carrying it on for ROC.

On the other side ,why did she leave just after AOS,it raises the possibility of sham marriage.
