Received 2 difference noa2 hardcopies

We got approved on May 8.

So May 12 we got an emails that says that they sent us the noa2 hardcopy and May 14 we received it.

All good!!

But today we received the same exactly paper that gives noa2 date May12. So whats going on?

We called uscis and told us that they see as approval date the 12 but if i go online it says that on the 12 they sent us the noa2.

Hopefully is not something that we should worry about.

Except that we still cant contact nvc whatever time we call the line is busy... And they havent reply to ur email a week now.

I received two identical approval notices for my I-485 a week apart, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Doesn't matter. They have your approval date as May 12, so use that one. Just don't lose it. You will need a copy of the approval notice when you file for AOS.

Agreed with Hypnos and Kay, don't think too much about the 2 NOA2s. As for NVC, they might have not received your case files from uscis yet when you sent your email inquiry. Somebody just recently posted that they got a letter from NVC 3 weeks from receipt of NOA2 hard copy. Although, I also read some said that 30 days is the new NVC processing time. I guess, best to wait it out until 2 weeks from May 14 before checking with NVC.

Now we are waiting case number from nvc and then see when greek embassy will set an appointment for me

I also got 2 NOA2 for I-129F. You dont have to worry too much on that.

How about there is nothing to worry ??lol.

I spoke to Tier 2 and he told me that I can keep the NOA2s for my own record lol.

I heard someone said it could take up to 30 days for NVC to receive your file.

Just call them and ask until you have what you need.
