Hello everyone. I am one of the unlucky once whose case was moved to Texas office. I believe what has happened to our cases is unfair. We taxpayers have followed the law and have waited patiently only to be met with bureaucracy. How is it that those who have filed cases after us are already getting approved when we are forced to wait due to the incompetent workers in the Texas office. I am wondering if any of you have thought of contacting national news outlets about this matter. I have already contacted my congressman with no outcome thus I want to do something further. Any advice? What do you think about this idea?

check Vermont Service Center. More slower then snail. Its really frustrating how the centers are working. I don't see they work on file by priority just pick random file and work on it. I am with you we should raise our voice.
