Is the DS-260 form still available online for family member addition AFTER it has already been submitted?

The reason I ask is because we are expecting a baby in late August and were thinking about sending our DS-260 application now in order not to "miss the boat" so to speak, and add her later when she is born. For those who have already submitted their DS-260s since May 19th, can you still see your application online when you enter your case ID number, and if so, does it still allow you to add a family member? I sincerely hope they will keep this functionality available because it would definitely be the most convenient way of adding our daughter when she is born.

You are supposed to fill in a separate DS-260 for each family member. So you can do one for yourself, then after submitting, there is an "add applicant" button to add another one for your wife, and then later on click on the "add applicant" to add one for your baby.
