CFO - Cebu

It seems like many of the recent threads on CFO experiences are centered around CFO-Manila. I'm wondering if there are any differences between CFO-Cebu and CFO-Manila in terms of requirements or anything like that. The CFO website seems to go out of it's way to make a point that CFO-Manila is no longer taking walk-ins but it doesn't say that CFO-Cebu isn't. I tried to schedule an online appointment for my fiance but the site just continually tells me the Capatcha isn't recognized and doesn't let me proceed. Any thoughts or insights?

Get there (Cebu) really early. Since it is first come first served, I heard stories of people getting there at 1 AM and getting bumped.

Can you get to Manila? The appointment system, despite a touchy website, actually works quite well. Candy got there at 7 AM and sailed through the day.

Requirements should be the same for either Cebu or Manila. Cebu is still first come, first served... so get there early.

There is info on requirements (especially of the "other documents" type) and link to the CFO site in my link below

Done my CFO in Cebu, my advice is never go there by monday or friday schedule cause thats were a lot of people mostly went.did mine on weds, and went there too early like around 3am and nobodys there!just for security reason, you might go there around 5am or have someone be with you if you really want to be first in line..
