"Brass Balls" doesn't do her justice. It's more like tempered steel. I did most of my court via cell phone up at my work ..call in for my hearings, etc... and somehow she got my cell # and blocked her # and called me about a half hour before I had my court and wished me luck and then laughed a laugh that only Dracula could do. It made the hair on the back of my neck stand up and it was because of that I fixed my phone to where it doesn't accept blocked calls. This gal is the demon from h3ll. Paybacks are a b1tch though and she screwed the wrong guy this time. According to the gal at the USCIS office it sounds like she's a shoe in to get deported and once she's back there it's my turn. Belarus is like most any Eastern European country ... you can get anything you want if you got the cash. She knows this and trust me she's sweating it big time.

Hope that is not something you would consider. I know it's human nature to want revenge, as hard as it is -- cut your losses and let it go.

If she were to be sent home compliments of Homeland Security, allow that to be justice served. You wouldn't want to get implicated in any physical harm done to her -- you have better uses for your cash.

I have no plans of ever stepping foot in Belarus now or in the future. I haven't posted the half of it. When my 8 year old nephew...who loved his aunt Kira a lot added her to my FB, she went out of her way with her lawyer friend to get the prosecutor to demand he fly to Dillingham....my 8 year old nephew that is and testify at my trial. That's a 90 min. flight on a twin prop. ($700 RT) in front of a jury no less. This is my sisters boy and the same sister who was close to Kira...closer to her than anyone in my family. It was her and her family who Kira stayed with on her Anchorage trips. My sisters kids looked up to their aunt and thought the world of her. When she had the prosecutor force that issue is when she really crossed the line. It's one thing screwing me...I've been shot, stabbed, beat,etc.. and I always bounce back...but my nephews and nieces are another thing. You don't screw with family and you especially don't screw the children.

Luckily my lawyer got those charges dropped.

PS... I have no intentions of having her whacked if that's what your getting at.

I understand how you feel and how charged and messy this kind of situation can get when kids are used as pawns to further an agenda.

Kip, I just checked my email and see that the VJ notified me of a post you made but it has been removed. However, the post is in the email they sent notifying me of the reply since I am subscribed to the thread. I'll be able to read it and fill in the spaces where we left off last night. I have to go out for a bit now, but I'll read it later when I get home. It sounds like it got very interesting.

I'm not sure why the post was deleted, but I haven't read it yet. It seems to me that you have been fine in everything you have posted so far, so I don't know what the problem was.

No, maybe I explained it wrong. I am signed up so that if one of my posts gets quoted, I get an email telling me who quoted it and it shows the reply along with a link to go to the post. Kip's post got deleted, but I had already been notified and I can read the post in my email. I just got back home and checked the thread. Now I'm going to read the email so I can see what he posted. Also, when you get a chance, take a look at the moderator response in the upper forums that I linked to earlier today and see what you think. I think we need more replies like that one. Here it is again. Since they are following this thread closely, I think it would be good if we gave them some feedback.

It was probably due to a reference or two I made about some of her coworkers having a ...what's the PC word for it these days...oh yes, "alternative lifestyle". I figured I crossed the line with that one but when I went to go edit the post the time must have run out... it wouldn't let me edit it to cut that part of the post out.

I just read the deleted post in my email notification and I honestly cannot see why the post was deleted. If they really wanted to get that picky, they could have removed the reference they didn't like, maybe 4 words out of the post instead of nuking the entire post and leaving a big gap in the story. I would even venture to guess that a lot of people here wouldn't have even found it offensive, but even so, just remove the word in couple of places and leave the post stand. They do it in the upper forums all the time. Someone makes a derogatory comment about someone from the Philippines, Ukraine, etc, the offensive sentence is removed and the rest of the rude post remains. I have read far worse here than what you had deleted. And I say this with the intent of constructive feedback to moderation, this is a good example of the inconsistency that so many here are upset about. IMO, there was no reason to remove the entire post. You have been telling your story and people have been respectfully listening and commenting. In fact, this entire thread has stayed under control and not turned into a garbage fest.

After reading that post, I am sitting here shaking my head. That is nuts! You seriously should consider writing a book. How long did you stay in Dillingham after she moved out? And just to make sure I am following correctly, you went from there ti Big Lake, and that is where you got locked up? Are you in Big Lake now or did you ever make it to Wasilla?

I wasn't thinking so good on that one. She wanted a pocket gun for her village trips for her work so I got her that .22 auto and took her shooting and she was a natural. She's got a hot temper though so I would take the bullets out of the clip when she was in the shower or at the store and then put the gun back in her nightstand, and then put them back in the night before she had a village trip for her work.

Are you serious? You think this is normal behaviour for anyone let alone people who are supposed to be in a trust based relationship? This reads as if you are proud of the fact that you didn't trust her. This is not the stuff of any type of lasting relationship and yet you are apparently going to make the same mistake again - if USICS haven't flagged you after the last fiasco. Perhaps, just a suggestion, you should work out what you think being in a relationship means? Marriage is not just a way to get free sex with women who normally wouldn't pass the time of day with you. It works both ways of course, the women you like are clearly after more than sex with an American past his use by date. You are not a victim in this by any stretch, you are simply reaping the rewards of what you put into the relationship, nothing more, nothing less. Not sure why some folks feel sorry for you, but there you go, nowt so strange as folk.

Knowing what to do and having the willpower to follow through on that knowledge are two separate and distinct traits. One may have the first, but not necessarily the second.

Just sayin' if I had to comb through one of his novels after a report and had no interest in the context, I'd delete it too. I wouldn't waste time censoring the post. But then I wouldn't do any of it for free.
