Wow! So your sister-in-law busted her. And you delayed moving for over a year because of her lies. So she was planning something big and needed to stay right where you were. Crazy a$$ sh!t, that's for sure. And this really got you wondering ####### was going on. I'll wait for the next post.

I have Imageshack for image hosting but as of a few months ago they started charging for it so I don't know how to host the court documents on here...I took screen shots of them including the initial No Contact Order she filed along with her lawyer the day she filed for divorce....like just less than two weeks after she moved out. It reads like a Stephen King novel though. And here's the deal on that one..... I have a track record and I mean it's a long one. I've even done a stint in the joint and she knew all that before she came here seeing how I linked her my record online once I got back from my first trip over there to meet her and I found out we had to do a CR1 visa instead of the K1 visa due to my record which included a few DV's when I parked the first wife's car in the ocean during our divorce and then I got drunk and cut out the floor joist in our house when she ended up getting that in the divorce..I got hosed on that one big time.

So anyways in the No Contact Order they have a page where they fill it out themselves stating why they want one. And in it she uses such nifty words as stalking, coercion, threatened, violent, fears for her life, etc.. in order to make me look like the Green River Killer, Ted Bundy or whatever...and she even puts my first wife's name in there to really get the wheels turning. Then she adds that she just found out I had a record and she is totally shocked and in fear of her life....ya she was so much in fear that the day after she moved out she was at the bar with her lawyer (before he was assigned to her by the Dillingham courts) drinking, dancing and having a good ol time. My buddy is the bouncer at that bar and he took a photo with his phone and texted it to me letting me know that she was there and that he could fix it that he got her outside if I wanted to wring her neck. I texted him back that it's just what she wants and I'l sit this one out thank you very much ..etc.. Also in the No Contact Order they have a box you can check that ask if there's a vehicle that you want along with room for a description of said vehicle including the license plate #. Well she checked that box and low and behold the magistrate (who's friends with her lawyer) signed it off giving her not only a temporary NCO but our car also. So a few days later a cop comes to our cabin and delivers it and I know all the cops there pretty well seeing how I was the guy who maintained their boiler when I was working for the city. The cop says to me that in all the years he's been working as a cop there he can't ever recall a judge giving a spouse a car that she was not currently in possession of unless there was kids involved and the spouse needed that car for the kids..we had no kids but the car was in both our names. So the cop says to me that he doesn't see the car..and it's parked right in front of him in my driveway but he says I probably want to take it for a swim later that night...which means to dump it off the cliff into the bay..that's what most do there with their junk vehicles.....welcome to the Alaska Bush. But seeing how she cleaned out our bank account less than an hour after getting her citizenship and flying home...I'm broke and I sell the car after signing both our names to it so that makes it a felony forgery. I leave town two days later and buy a truck here as soon as I get off the plane and post the photos of it on my Facebook just to p1ss her off. A few days later the state troopers here arrest me and nail me for forgery and violation of a NCO seeing how part of the NCO was that she gets the car. I bail out, get a lawyer and it's on like Donkey Kong. There's a lot more including me doing a 6 week stint in jail but my fingers are staring to hurt from all the typing. If I can find a way to host those screen shots I will post them on here...they are of the the NCO ..the part she had to fill out and also of what the judge wrote when she tried to screw me again for trying to pay her off so that she would get the Dillingham court to drop the charges against me.

So you had no clue she was moving out until she flew back from Anchorage, papers in hand? That's a knock out punch for sure. When did she file the NCO, right after she moved out? How long did she stay in Dillingham after moving out? That took a lot of balls. Unbelievable.

No clue that anything was up other than the incident on New Years which set off the alarms but those quieted down some when all seemed normal. I had no clue she was gong to pull that stunt, especially after my parents took her out to dinner and gave her a grand the day before she took her test as a present.

She filed the NCO less than two weeks after she moved out and stayed in Dillingham for just over a year...she moved to Miami about 6 weeks ago. She's probably working n a strip club and selling it on the side. She loves $$$$$$.
